Transparent Pricing

Transparency Begins Before the First Conversation.

At Locy Ventures, we believe employers, brokers, consultants, and carriers should understand exactly what they're purchasing before scheduling a conversation.

Transparency shouldn't begin after an engagement starts. It should begin before the first conversation.

We publish our pricing because transparency is one of our core principles—not just in our methodologies, but in how we do business.

It's how every engagement begins.

Our Philosophy

Most professional services require you to schedule a meeting before explaining what they do, what you'll receive, how long it takes, or what it costs.

We believe there is a better way.

Every commercial product from Locy Ventures will clearly define:

✓ Purpose

✓ Deliverables

✓ Timeline

✓ Investment

✓ Expected Outcome

We respect your time.

If our work aligns with your objectives, we'd welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation.

If it doesn't, you've still gained a clear understanding of what we offer.

BER-100

Fixed fee for a standard engagement, subject to confirmation of scope and data readiness.

A custom fixed fee will be established before the engagement begins based on population, complexity, data requirements, and scope.

What Our Fixed Pricing Includes

Our published fees apply to a standard Accident Benefit Engineering™ engagement based on the employer’s eligible employee population.

Each engagement includes the defined Benefit Engineering process, standard deliverables, and scheduled stakeholder participation. The fee is fixed once the engagement scope, required information, participants, and decision timeline are confirmed.

Published pricing assumes:

  • one employer population;

  • one Accident benefit program;

  • timely access to the required information;

  • a clearly defined decision question;

  • the standard Benefit Engineering workflow;

  • the scheduled meetings included in the engagement; and

  • one reasonable revision to the final findings.

Expanded Scope

Some engagements require work beyond the standard scope. Examples may include:

  • additional benefit products;

  • multiple employee populations or business units;

  • extensive data remediation;

  • additional plan-design alternatives;

  • repeated stakeholder meetings;

  • finalist presentation support;

  • accelerated delivery;

  • implementation support; or

  • travel.

Any materially expanded work will be separately scoped and priced in advance. No additional fees will be incurred without prior approval.

Carrier- or Broker-Sponsored Engagements

An employer’s Benefit Engineering engagement may be sponsored by a carrier, broker, or other authorized party.

Sponsorship changes who pays for the engagement. It does not change:

  • the published employer-size pricing;

  • the Benefit Engineering methodology;

  • the employer’s decision authority; or

  • the independence of the findings.

The sponsoring party does not control the analysis, conclusions, or recommendations.
